Vitavia Akademie: coaching for your next step in Germany

Vitavia Akademie UG is an AZAV-certified education provider based in Kempten. We help people find work and start their own business in Germany: individually, online and in a language you are comfortable with – English, German or Russian, and the marketing part in Ukrainian as well.

Who we help

Most of the people who come to us already live in Germany and face an important decision: getting back into their profession, switching fields or finally launching their own business. Many have moved here from abroad and know first-hand how hard it can be to make sense of German rules, Jobcenter requirements and the local job market – especially while learning the language and settling in.

We do not work with ready-made templates. First we look at the experience, qualifications and goals you bring with you, and only then do we draw up a plan together – one that fits your situation and your pace.

How we work: individually and fully online

Sessions take place one-to-one by video call. You do not need to travel to another city or fit in with a group timetable: we schedule meetings at times that suit you, and you can join from anywhere in Germany.

Speaking your language – in more ways than one

Experience shows that good advice is often out of reach not for lack of motivation, but because of the language barrier and an unfamiliar system. Complex topics – AVGS, Gründungszuschuss, business plans, letters from public authorities – are much easier to work through when someone really understands you.

That is why our team works in English, German, Russian and Ukrainian. We explain German terminology in plain language and prepare every document you need in Germany the way German authorities and employers expect it.

Our programmes with an AVGS voucher

Our coaching programmes can be paid for with an AVGS voucher (Aktivierungs- und Vermittlungsgutschein) from the Agentur für Arbeit or the Jobcenter. Once the voucher is approved, the issuing office covers the cost of taking part.
